When My Move Became a Financial Disaster"

I was given an in-person quote for a packing + moving job after a thorough walkthrough of my apartment, which was even videotaped for accuracy. I agreed to the price and hired them. Shockingly, after the packing was complete, I was informed the quote was "incorrect" and the price would increase by over $500 if I wanted them to complete the move. When I asked if there was anything packed that wasn't seen in the walkthrough, they couldn't identify anything. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and unprofessional.
