My Experience with a Fraudulent Mover

Stay away from this place - they will damage your items and refuse to compensate you. This was our second time using man with a van and it was a terrible experience. We paid by the hour and the guys who did our move were very slow. They took breaks every time they went down to the truck to load it and they were moving so slowly that our building super even commented on it. They took so long that by the time we arrived to our new place we only had an hour left of our reserved time at the loading dock. I wouldn't have minded the pace if that meant that they were taking good care of our items, but sadly a lot of our furniture was damaged in the move because they did not properly prep it before putting it in the truck. Three tables and three barstools were so badly scratched that they need to be replaced and they broke the leg off our dresser and then "repaired" it. I've reached out several times to try to get compensated for these items and management has completely ignored my requests and has done nothing to rectify the situation.
