The Moving Company That Vanished with My Valuables

This company is a scam. I booked the service to move and they showed up very late. The crew were late , did not notify me, when I called the customer support, they were very lax in their response and just kept repeating that they will ask the crew to give me a call back. After repeated calls, the crew called me and said they were just notified of the move and will be there in 20 minute. I had clearly told about my buildings elevator booking which was only for 2 hours. Absolutely unprofessional and very bad experience Update: Saad from the company called me and was extremely rude. He blamed the traffic, and every other thing other than his team for the late arrival and even went on to say the company did me a favor by accepting to move at 3pm (not sure how this is a favor, its just a time slot they had). When he could not answer anymore, he got impatient and said his company will not move, and then blocked my number. They took no accountability and provided with a disgusting response.
